Social Navigator helps you plan what to say, understand a situation, or rehearse. Say it cards let you show or speak a card when talking is hard.
Steps
- Open My Life → Social Navigator.
- Describe the situation in plain words.
- Read the suggestions and keep what helps.
- For Say it cards, open My Life → Say it cards and favourite the ones you use.
Tips
- mabu's suggestions are ideas, not rules about how people behave.
